Shipping Policies
Payment Terms:
For customers with established credit, standard payment terms are net 30 days from the date of shipment or pick-up. All payments must be in U.S. Dollars. For customers without approved credit terms, orders must be prepaid in advance. If the customer fails to make payment within the specified terms, Big Sky Cleaning Products may defer shipments until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of the unshipped order.
Local Pickup Policies
If you live in the town of Bozeman, MT and wish to pick up your order instead of paying shipping costs please let us know by selecting "Local Shipping" when you place your order in Big Sky Cleaning Products’ secure shopping cart online.
*This is only for local pick up, any other orders out of the area will be charged shipping. If you wish to have it shipped in the Bozeman area please indicate by selecting 'Standard Shipping" in our shopping cart.

Standard Freight Policies:
Orders are generally shipped out within 72 hours, excluding holidays and weekends, if all item(s) are in stock. Products are shipped F.O.B. Bozeman, MT with freight costs and handling fees paid by Big Sky Cleaning Products and charged to the customer (prepaid & add). C.O.D. shipments are not permitted. Any extra charges incurred for additional services such as inside delivery, redelivery, special handling, lift gates, or special charges must be paid by the customer. Title and risk of loss passes to the customer upon tender of the shipment to the carrier. Weight and distance determine shipping costs. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
Freight Deductions:
All orders $1500.00 or over are shipped freight prepaid and shipping charges are added to the invoice. The customer is allowed to deduct freight charges from the invoice if payment is received on or before the invoice due date and the $1500.00 minimum has been met. If order is paid by credit card at time of ordering, freight will not be added as long as the $1500.00 minimum has been met.
Minimum Order:
Wholesale orders must be $250.00 or more. A $25.00 fee will be assessed to all orders that do not meet the minimum order requirement. There is no minimum order requirement on Retail orders.
Damaged Shipments:
If a product is damaged in transit, the customer must note damage with the carrier. If damages are not noted with the carrier and product is received in full, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Big Sky Cleaning Products will not replace any damages or shortages that are not noted on the BOL upon delivery. We do not refund or exchange any item(s) damaged by improper use.
Return Goods Policy:
All returns must be approved by Big Sky Cleaning Products and a return authorization number assigned. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. No returns after 30 days. Credit is based on original invoice price less a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. We do not refund or exchange any item(s) damaged by improper use.
Prompt Disposition:
Big Sky Cleaning Products will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product. Before returning any product, contact Customer Service at 406-522-0290 or by emailing us at customerservice@bigskycleaningproducts.com.
Cancellation:
Any cancellation must be approved by Big Sky Cleaning Products and may be subject to restocking and other charges.
